Looking Ahead: New People, Projects, Process and Products

As we close the door on yet another year, we are excited to welcome some big changes in 2016. Last year was a time of change for Westwerk. After beginning the EOS system (Entrepreneurial Operating System), we determined we needed to restructure our agency to ensure optimum success in 2016. This meant adding new people, new clients, new process updates and new products to our company.

In late 2015, Paul Medlin, VP of business development, joined our team as our first-ever sales lead. Paul comes from the Nerdery with 16 years of experience in growing small agencies and operational efficiencies. More new faces to join the Westwerk ranks in early 2016 include Technical Director Tony Birleffi, Solutions Engineer Brian Solomon, Senior Developer Travis Hoglund, Digital Project Manager Rachel Timman, Quality Assurance Specialist Lienna Libersher and Developer Christine Loughery.

Westwerk has also promoted several team members from within the agency, including Jackie Menth to associate creative director, Aaron Speer to lead developer, Sarah Smith to digital strategist and Maria Soricelli to lead project manager.

In addition to our growing team, we’ve added some wonderful clients to our roster as well. The Becket Fund, Hormel, Landscape Structures Inc and ABM will join the ranks of our fourth-quarter clients  Beckman Coulter, Ticketfly (Pandora), Lifeworks, DD Audio and Mississippi Watershed Management Organization.

To ensure we’re staying on top of the latest innovations and delivering the best possible ROI for our clients, we’re adding some new strategic service offerings to our discovery process. Westwerk is excited to announce its new SEO audit and consulting services, content creation and strategy, buyer/user journey development and conversion optimization. Check out our blog for more details!

And finally, we’re excited to be releasing several products this year under our new Werksmart product channel. These products are designed to solve critical business challenges and create internal efficiencies. We’ll be rolling out our first product in March, so stay tuned for details!

After a strong rebuilding year behind us, we’re poised to hit the ground running in 2016 with some wonderful opportunities for our agency, our people and our clients, and are excited to ring in our 10th year in business this April (more on this to come!).
